Strictly Comes to Weddings

Darren Bennett and Lilia Kopylova stars of the BBC's ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ competition train and choreograph dances for brides and grooms. The UK's most successful dance partners perform alone or with their team of championship dancers to create a truly amazing dance spectacular. If you aren't frightened of hard physical training and you aren't worried about bruises, blisters and aching limbs this could be just the things for you! The look of amazement on your friends and family's faces when you perform the passa doble will more than make up for the pain!
The Wedding Design Company will organise every aspect of the performance including the initial contract negotiation, scheduling training sessions, sourcing dazzling costumes, the lighting, dance floors, music and / or band.
We have an extensive database of acts and international performers . We will provide a list of suggested entertainment when we develop the concept for your wedding. We always include images, video or soundtracks of entertainment acts.

Dove Grey and White

I love these simple white Philippe Starck Ghost Chairs. They work perfectly with a contemporary chic wedding design when matched with dove grey raw silk table cloths and white and grey cushions. The table design is enhanced by tall arrangements of beautiful trailing orchids in mirror vases. Simple, understated yet exceptionally elegant.

Historic London Wedding Desinations

I am always asked for the latest undiscovered places. Here is a very small selection of my favourites. Just sit back and dream….but don’t tell anybody!

Hampton Court House
is a little known historic house a stones throw from
Hampton Court Palace. It provides the perfect setting for the traditional english wedding and it has acres of beautiful grounds for marquees.

Hedsor House

borders the estate of the magnificent Cliveden Hotel.
A private home which has been the back drop for many film settings including tthe Golden Compass, it exudes opulence and stately home grandeur. Hedsor provides a private retreat that many could only dream of on their wedding day.

Fulham Palace

is virtually unknown in London. Located off the Fulham Palace Road
it is perfectly situated for Chelsea weddings and is accessible by boat.
The Bishops of London resided here for hundreds of years and they kept in a well guarded secret!

The Wedding Design Company provide a destination finding service, fully refundable if you choose us to design your wedding. Let us create your fantasy wedding. I promise we won’t disappoint you!
