There is something very quintessentially English about Liberty fabrics. 
Whenever I see them I am fondly reminded of growing up in a succession of
Liberty print smock dresses and family photographs in rows on Liberty
fabric print frames.
The iconic designs lend themselves to creating high impact, very English
(think English Summer garden) tablecloths for weddings. The fabrics can
be used to cover round or long tables or for a very chic contemporary look they
can be encapsulated between two sheets of perspex on perspex table legs - it
looks as though the designs are floating in mid air!
